What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm, so we recommend arriving at least 15-30 minutes early.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place outdoors, while dancing will be indoors. In November, Arizona enjoys comfortable temperatures averaging around 75°F during the day. However, once the sun sets, it can get cooler, so we recommend bringing a light jacket to stay warm in the evening.

Transportation

Answer

For guests staying at Mountain Shadows, golf carts will be available at the Valet starting at 3:20 PM to take you to El Chorro. If you’re not staying at Mountain Shadows, we recommend using ride-share apps such as Uber or Lyft for convenient transportation to and from our wedding events. Looking for something a little more unique? Waymo self-driving cars are widely available throughout Arizona! It’s a fun, futuristic experience, and a great option if you’re feeling adventurous. Just download the Waymo app and enjoy the ride!

We kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding and helping us create a special evening together.

Answer

Formal Attire: We kindly ask guests to dress in elegant evening wear. For men, a dark suit and tie (or tuxedo) is appropriate. For women, a long gown or sophisticated cocktail dress.
