How do I get to the venues?
Answer
Guests are required to make their own way to the ceremony venue (Woodford House) and reception venue (River House). Parking at the River House is extremely limited so we highly recommend pre-booking a shuttle or taxi to both venues. Should I bring a gift?
Answer
Your presence is our present of course! However if you wish to bring us a gift, we will have a Wishing Well at the wedding reception, to contribute to the cost of our Honeymoon which we will be extremely grateful for

Are my kids welcome?
Answer
In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the evening off!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony is being held inside the Woodford House chapel and the reception is in a marquee at the River House

What is happening straight after the ceremony?
Answer
We will do a group photo with everyone outside the chapel at Woodford House, then the bridal party will head off for photos and the guests can make their way to the River House for the reception

Can I post photos of your wedding on social media?
Answer
We would love to see your smiles during the wedding ceremony, without the distraction of cellphones or cameras. However feel free to take photos/videos after the ceremony has finished and at the reception. It would be awesome if you can tag your photos with our wedding hashtag #danandsoph2020 so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

When should I book accommodation by?
Answer
Please book your accommodation ASAP. March is a busy time of year in Hawkes Bay, so we advise getting this done as soon as possible
