Common airlines fly in to Quito from the U.S. through Atlanta (Delta) or Miami (American Airlines) and arrive late at night. If you know when your flight will come in it is possible to get a hotel shuttle. Carlos and Sophie will be waiting for you at the airport!

PASSPORT INFORMATION
In order to enter Ecuador, there is a travel requirement of your passport being valid 6 months prior to expiration date. If your passport expires within 6 months of your travel date for the wedding, they will not allow you to fly.

COVID-19 TESTING
1. Proof of a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test taken no more than 72 hours prior to boarding the flight to Ecuador, AND 2. A COVID-19 vaccination card showing the traveler received a complete series of the COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days prior to entering Ecuador; AND 3. A declaration of traveler health (the declaration is available on the Ministry of Public Health website).You must have your vaccination card in order to show proof at the airport. To return back to the U.S, you will require COVID-19 test within ONE calendar day of the flight. We will arrange for appropriate tests to be completed for all our guests who are flying out of the country. Cost per person will be: TBD
