What is the dress code?
Answer
Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and formal dresses. Summer in Italy can be hot, so we recommend you choose breathable fabrics such as linen, cotton, or silk. Weather permitting, the ceremony and aperitif will be held in the garden, and we plan to dance till late at night, so for your comfort, it is recommended to wear thicker heels.

Are children welcome?
Answer
Yes, children are welcome to join the celebration. Please let us know in your RSVP if they will be attending. Kindly note that the venue includes a pool and stairs, so we ask that children are supervised at all times.

Can I bring a plus-one?

We kindly request no additional guests beyond those listed on your RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

What if I have dietary restrictions?
Answer
We want everyone to enjoy the meal! Vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available upon request. If you have other dietary needs (such as allergies or a kids’ meal), please include them with your RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

How can I reach the venue?
Answer
A shuttle will run between Phi Hotel Canalgrande (Corso Canalgrande, 6, 41121 Modena) and the venue before and after the event. If you plan on using the shuttle service, please be in front of the hotel at 4 pm. The bus will leave at 4:30 pm sharp and will return at 2:30 am. If you plan on using the shuttle service, please specify on your RSVP.

Where do I park?

Parking is available around the perimeter of the venue. Staff will be on-site to direct you through.

Can I smoke at the venue?
Answer
Yes, smoking is allowed, but please use the garden area and be mindful of other guests.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes, we’ll have an open bar after the ceremony with beer, wine, and a selection of cocktails. Non-alcoholic options will also be available.
