where will the ceremony/reception take place?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be held at Rock Springs Baptist Church and the reception will be held at The Olde Oak Barn, which is approximately 10 minutes away from the church. Parking is limited at The Olde Oak Barn so we kindly ask guests to carpool when possible to help reduce congestion and ensure everyone can find a spot. The address and directions will be included on our “Schedule” page. We understand that moving from location to location may be an inconvenience so we understand if you are only able to make it to ceremony.

When Should I RSVP By?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is May 10th, 2026. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we will have to mark you as 'no' as we need to provide vendors with a total guest count in a timely manner.

What time should i arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 6 o'clock in the evening, so please arrive no later than 5:50pm.

Can I Take Photos During The Ceremony?

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want y'all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. After the ceremony please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We'd love to have everyone, but due to limited space, we ask that only guests who were formally invited and received a plus one on their invitation bring a guest. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones so they are more than welcome to attend! We do ask that if they get fussy you remove them from the ceremony or use this evening as a kid free date night.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding attire is casual to semi-casual. Think something you’d feel comfortable wearing to church or a nice family gathering. Dresses, skirts, dressy tops, or nice pants are all great options. Jeans are okay as long as they’re clean and dressy. Keep in mind, it will be the middle of summer so dress with the weather in mind; the ceremony and reception will be indoors though.
