We are getting married!

Our love story began thanks to a mutual friend, Jess (one of the bridesmaids), who worked with Brady and casually mentioned me to him. Brady did what any modern romantic might do — added me on Facebook… and then didn’t message me. It wasn’t until a Tinder match occurred and a few Christmas Day drinks gave him the final push that he finally reached out. From the very beginning, everything felt easy. Brady was funny, kind, and so easy to talk to. On our first date, I turned up in my trackies, no makeup, completely myself — and he loved that I was so relaxed and real. Brady knew very early on that there was something special between us, even if it took me a little longer to catch up. I had always imagined being wined and dined, and Brady did exactly that. Somewhere over pasta and conversation at an Italian restaurant, I realised how much I liked him — and that this wasn’t just another date, but the beginning of something real. About a year later, we officially moved in together. It just felt natural, comfortable, and right — like we had found a home in each other. Brady proposed at Freycinet Lodge at sunset, surrounded by the quiet beauty of Tasmania. I had absolutely no idea it was coming. Afterwards, my family joined us for cocktails, and we stayed the night soaking in every moment. It was simple, heartfelt, and perfect — just like us. What began with a Facebook add, a Tinder match, and a Christmas message has grown into a love built on laughter, ease, and deep connection. And now, as we stand on the edge of our next chapter, we can’t wait to say “I do” and celebrate our wedding day surrounded by the people we love most.
