We thank you for understanding that plus ones are by invitation only, we have addressed our invitations to all of the loved ones we want to share our special day with as our venue has limited space.
Our wedding attire is semi-formal. This means a polished yet casual look! For the ladies a nice sundress, midi dress or elegant jumpsuit. For the men, a dress coat with chinos or dress pants and a button-down shirt is perfect! Remember ladies, the ceremony is in a field so wear shoes that are easy to walk in! It is August in Montana so dress for the heat, but we advise bringing an extra layer in case it gets chilly into the night as well as some sunglasses for the ceremony! We do ask that you refrain from wearing purple, tan, or cream as we want our wedding party to stand out!
We have chosen to embrace the Montana vibes and serve a BBQ buffet. With that being said we have chosen to include enough food variety to embrace all food intolerances. If you have any questions or concerns don't hesitate to reach out to us!
Per the venues request there will be a provided security. Our venue does have struct rules involving alcohol and driving and they will unfortunately be required to remove you if you get a little too drunk or cause any kind of disturbance. We ask that you keep this in mind and respect the rules and your alcohol intake, plan to either spend the night in your car at the venue or come with a designated driver! We are here to celebrate and have fun and most importantly stay safe.
Please know that you will be dearly missed. If you cannot attend, RSVP "no" as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly!
Because we are in Montana and getting married in August the fire season is at its peak, with that being said smoking is allowed on property but we ask that you respect the rules and only smoke by the designated garage space.
There is a grassy area specifically for parking at the venue! There will be signs and someone directing traffic and we do ask just for ease of space that as many people car pool as possible and try to coordinate a designated driver for the night.
