We recommend staying in the Old Market, Downtown, or Capitol District neighborhoods to be the most centrally located and close to all the wedding events (and wedding day shuttle). The Blackstone, Midtown, and Aksarben are also lovely neighborhoods to visit or stay in, but will be a little farther away (but not to worry, everything in Omaha is only 20 minutes away).

There's only one tiny airport that flies in and out of Omaha, and flights are almost never booked out. Flight ticket prices stay fairly steady regardless of how close to the date you book.

The hotel offers a free airport shuttle. Please call the hotel at (402) 807-8000 for pick-up or drop-off. When they're not busy, they're also able to take guests to nearby destinations within 10 minutes of the hotel.

Getting Around

If you're only here for the long weekend, there's plenty to see and do within walking distance of Old Market. We highly recommend getting a rental car if you plan on staying in Omaha longer than the weekend and would like to explore more! We haven't tried it, but we hear you can also catch an Uber fairly easily and get around the city center via public transit.
