Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, kids specifically mentioned on invitations are absolutely welcome to attend! We kindly ask that parents keep a watchful eye on their little ones throughout the ceremony and the evening festivities.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to dress “Western Chic” which includes boots, hats, starched jeans, pearl snap shirts, bolo ties, fringe, and fall floral patterns. While western apparel is encouraged, it is in no way mandatory as we want all of our guests to be comfortable.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for details of our hotel block. There is also an abundance of VRBO and Airbnb rental houses available in Bailey.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please let us know about any dietary concerns by October 1st to ensure your needs are met.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Should I be concerned about the altitude?

Answer

If you are traveling from a lower elevation, you will likely be impacted by the elevation. We recommended drinking extra water with electrolytes in preparation for your flight and giving yourself time to acclimate before consuming alcohol. Most people experience a reduced tolerance to alcohol at high elevation so please keep this in mind if you choose to imbibe during our reception.
