Moving to Boston was a dream come true for Aaron and Sophie, each following the call of God. They met at church in the Fall, like he hoped they would and her friends had prayed. Texting turned into four-hour calls, and when Sophie returned a month later they got boba and explored the city again, this time as a couple. After four seasons full of adventures, gifts from the Lord, and promises fulfilled, Aaron dropped to a knee the night before the New Year, proposing to Sophie on a ship at sea overlooking their beautiful city. Sophie said yes, and then it was Aaron’s turn to leave the country. After a semester internship in South Africa, Aaron and Sophie will get married nearly two years to the day they met that first September.
