Can I bring a date?

Please do not bring a date unless a plus one is listed on your invite.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are very welcome to celebrate with us. There will be activities for them and we would love to have your kids with us on our special day! Children however need to be supervised at all times and will not be allowed to venture off of paved paths. There is a pond and we can not have children near it without an adult. No climbing on fountain or any other structures in venue. There is a bike path so please bring bikes if you would like to accompany children to ride.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is parking but it is very limited so please carpool if possible. We will have a parking attendant to help direct you to a spot when you arrive.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no transportation to and from accommodations and wedding. You will need to have a designated driver.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No dress code. Look nice if you would like and dress comfortable. Often it may be warm during the day but does cool down at night.

Are there showers available on-site?

Answer

Showers are located behind bathrooms. There will be people waiting for showers so please limit your time appropriately and bring a towel.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

Please do not bring your own alcohol. Host must provide all alcoholic beverages. Additionally all alcohol must be consumed in the reception area. There will be no alcohol consumption in yurts ad tents.

Can I bring my pets?

There will be no pets allowed.

Are fires allowed?

Answer

There is a designated fire pit near pavilion. There will not be any other fires, bbq's, or propane stoves allowed on premises.

How do I reserve a yurt?

Answer

The couple will be assigning yurts. If you have accommodation concerns please let the couple know.

I want to stay the night what should I do?

Answer

Please RSVP and let the couple know you would like to stay. It is $20 per person to stay onsite. Please leave any other questions in the notes on your RSVP.
