Will the event be held inside or outside?

Answer

The event will be outdoors. Be prepared for all and any kinds of weather to head our way.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive thirty minutes to one hour before the ceremony so there is time to be shuttled down to the venue.

Where is the Parking?

Answer

This address will take you directly to the parking lot. 3099 N Canyon Rd Camino, CA 95709 There will be a shuttle from the parking area to the venue. The shuttle starts one hour prior to ceremony start time. Please arrive early so there is sufficient time to get everyone to the grounds. Elderly, disabled, cars with young children, and large groups can drop off at the venue and the driver can go back to park the car.

What about Ubers and Lyfts?

Answer

Uber, Lyft and taxi’s will pick up at the venue property. The venue managers can assist with Wi-Fi or a landline to call but it is best to pre-schedule a pick up. Cell phone service is a bit unrealiable at the site.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Check the travel tab for hotel recommendations that are near the venue. Air BnB can also be great option.
