To the ceremony: There will be two rounds of guest pickups between 12:15p.m. and 12:35p.m. for transportation to the ceremony. After the ceremony: Transportation back to the hotel will begin at 2:15pm. Multiple trips will be made as needed. To the cocktail hour: Transportation from the hotel to the cocktail hour will begin at 3:45p.m. Multiple trips will be made as needed to accommodate guests. After the reception: Transportation from the reception back to the hotel and other desired destinations in town will begin at 9:30p.m. Multiple trips will be provided, with the shuttle making its final drop-off by 12:00a.m.(midnight).
