We’d love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal attire: midi/floor length dresses or pantsuits for women and suits for men. Please no jeans and avoid shades of white (this includes cream/ivory/florals with a large white base)! The color for our bridal party is green.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of any older children who are invited. As much as we love your little ones, we encourage you to use this evening as a “night out” for yourselves! Cheers!
To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible by clicking the RSVP tab on our website. However, the deadline is Sunday, May 10th 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, you will be marked as a ‘no’. Events will have personalized seating arrangements and will include RSVP’d guests only.
You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please RSVP “not attending.” If you cannot make it after you have RSVP’d, please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM. We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your spot. Guests who arrive after 5:00 PM, will be asked to wait by the reception area until the ceremony has concluded.
Our venue has free on-site parking throughout the property. Our venue will be held at Woodsgate.
Yes! Our ceremony will be held outdoors with a cocktail hour to follow (weather permitting). Please dress appropriately and stay hydrated throughout the day. Our reception will be held indoors.
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We want you all to be present with us during this very special time. We have a wonderful professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Outside of the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.
Yes! There are specific entry doors into the reception to avoid climbing stairs. If you require additional assistance to walk to the outdoor ceremony, please let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Champagne, wine, beer and a limited selection of seltzers will be included in our open bar package.
Given that most guests will be staying on property, there will not be a shuttle or bus service. Please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking and are not staying on property. Uber is readily available in the area. We want all of our loved ones to make it home safe!
