The weather this time of year can be a bit unpredictable! September typically brings mild temperatures, with daytime highs averaging in the mid-70s to low 80s, and cooler evenings in the 50s. It's usually sunny, but occasional afternoon thunderstorms are possible, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater for the evening. Consider layering for comfort, as the weather can change quickly in the mountains!
Although we do not have a room block, you can find accommodation suggestions in the "Travel" tab above.
We will not be hosting any children. Thank you for understanding.
Boulder sits at about 5,300 feet above sea level, so it's important to give yourself time to adjust to the altitude to avoid any discomfort. Here are a few tips to help: - Stay Hydrated: The air in Boulder is DRY, and dehydration can be more of a risk at higher elevations. Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to the wedding and during your stay. Chapstick is also a must! - Take It Easy: If you’re not used to the altitude, avoid strenuous activities when you first arrive. Allow your body time to acclimate, especially in the first 24-48 hours. - Enjoy the Drinks, but Pace Yourself: Alcohol can affect you a little more strongly at higher elevations, so it’s a good idea to enjoy your drinks slowly and stay mindful of how you’re feeling. If you’re coming from sea level or a much lower elevation, it may take a little time for your body to adjust. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any concerns—we want everyone to enjoy the celebration to the fullest!
