Flight Options: Denver International Airport or Colorado Springs Airport.
It is a 2 hour drive from DIA and a 45 minute drive from CSA. For those renting a car, we recommend something with four-wheel drive to get you safely through the mountains!
Hotel Block: Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Woodland Park (722 Country Dr, Woodland Park, CO 80863). When booking please mention the Nelson/Reinhard Wedding for a discount. Rooms are $210 with this rate if booked before 7/23/25.
Shuttle: There will be transportation to and from the venue for those staying at the hotel. The bus will leave at 2:45pm for the ceremony and returning at regular intervals throughout the night.
