Fly into Chicago O’Hare (ORD) or Midway (MDW), with a 2–2.5 hour drive to Madison. O’Hare and Midway typically have more flights than Dane County Regional Airport, making them cheaper & more convenient. However a rental car is needed to drive to Madison.
