FAQs

We are so excited to celebrate with you. Here are some details to help you prepare for our wedding day.
Question

Recipe Card Request

Answer

Along with your RSVP, you received a recipe card! We would love for you to fill it out with a favorite recipe — whether it’s a family tradition, comfort meal, dessert, or something you simply love to make — and bring it with you to the wedding. We’re so excited to build a collection of recipes from the people we love and think of you while cooking them together for years to come.

Question

What is the wedding attire?

Answer

Semi-formal attire: We invite you to dress in semi-formal style, including suits, cocktail dresses, or polished separates. The overall look is elevated and festive, while still comfortable and easy to move in. We love color, so feel free to embrace vibrant hues. Kindly avoid wearing white. Cultural formal attire is also warmly welcomed and encouraged. Our wedding colors are blue and orange, and the bridesmaids and groomsmen will be wearing different shades of blue, so feel free to coordinate if you’d like — though it is absolutely not required!

Question

Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, weather permitting. In case of rain, we will move to an indoor location at the venue. The reception will be held indoors.

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

Invited children are joyfully welcome to attend both the ceremony and reception until 10:00 PM. Please note your children’s attendance when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Answer

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are so grateful to celebrate with the people we love most! In an effort to keep our wedding intimate, all invited guests are specifically included on your RSVP. At this time, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate additional plus ones beyond those listed on your invitation. Thank you so much for understanding and helping us keep the day personal and meaningful.

Question

Will the bride be changing her last name?

Answer

Nope! Sophia will be keeping her last name and Mounir will keep his as well. While we’re excited to begin this next chapter together as a married couple, we’ve decided that a name change isn’t part of our plans. We appreciate your support and look forward to celebrating with you!
