Is it an outdoor only event?

Answer

Yes, but there is an indoor restroom area available all day. The ceremony will take place by a small chapel on the water, and then we will hold the reception in a large tent where we will continue the rest of our night.

What are the venue rules?

Answer

As it is a historic site they do not allow smoking of any kind including vapes, if anyone wants to do so you may have to step away from the event and come back when you are done. Per the contract if anyone is smoking weed there is a minimum $500 fine, please be respectful of the property!

What is the officer there for?

Answer

There will be an officer on site required by the city, they will be there to assist with parking, ensure everyone’s safety near the water and for emergency reasons. They will most likely be inside so they will not be monitoring but they are available if anyone may need anything.
