I decided to learn how to ride a motorcycle and take a riders course through Harley Davidson. After passing the course, it wasn’t long after before I got my first motorcycle, which I still have and ride this day! At that time, I was living solo in my apartment in Jersey City, NJ for several years and the area is very populated and congested. After growing more comfortable riding around and on highways and streets, I thought to myself, “it’d be really nice to have friends and know more people who ride too!” My friend Danielle, who I went to school with, invited me out to meet and ride with her friends which became an instant connection. So one bike night at Rutts Hutt in Clifton, NJ, I decided to go, and there I met Michael. We stayed friends for a short period of time until our spark began to ignite ❤️‍🔥 Fast forward to April, 23, 2022, I was hosting a Meet & Greet event at The Alibi in Stanhope, NJ for my North Jersey women’s motorcycle collective called, The Litas. There Michael felt it was the right time to pop the question! I had a couple of beers in me so my reaction was slightly delayed, but I said, “Nooo way, YES, I didn’t know you liked me like that!”
