Fun facts about lodging

Charleston has numerous options for lodging. We recommend staying in the heart of Charleston’s historic district so that you can really get a sense of the southern hospitality and old world charm that this city has to offer. We have made room blocks at four different hotels ranging in price (Most expensive to least expensive). In order to get these room discounts please make reservations by August 4,2019. We also listed other hotels that we do not have room blocks for but are great options. Be mindful that October is a super busy month in Charleston and rooms go fast, so please book your hotel ASAP. For wallet friendly options we would also recommend looking at the numerous bed and breakfasts options located in the city, checking out AirBnB, or you can check out the nearby areas of North Charleston, Monchs Corner, and Summerville.

A shuttle will be providing transportation to and from the wedding. It will pick guests up at the Days Inn Charleston (155 Meeting street) at 4pm. It will be driving guests back at 11pm. If you think you might want to leave earlier you may want to consider renting your own car. Uber’s are very difficult to get in the wedding venue area.
