What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Please come dressed to impress! October weather can get a bit cold in the evenings, a fun jacket or wrap will be a must as the sun starts to go down. The ceremony will be outside and down a dirt path, so stilettos are not a good choice. Our welcome event Friday will be Cocktail attire, and the Saturday Wedding Ceremony & Reception will be Formal attire.

Can I bring a date?

With our limited guest list, please only bring a date if it is specified in your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

This will be an adults only event, please leave the little ones at home.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

On your RSVP card there will be a space to mark any dietary restrictions that need to be accommodated. We will be sharing that information with Sea Ranch Lodge 6 weeks from the wedding date, so please be sure to get that information to us as soon as possible.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is limited at the lodge, but we will be providing shuttle routes for folks in the surrounding area.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will have a shuttle provided. Please be warned that there are no ride share apps available at our location! Sea Ranch is very remote, and we were told the rideshare apps do not come out to the property. More information on shuttles to come.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

There will be a welcome event Friday evening for anyone who is in town early! More information to come.
