To help with travel planning, note that the wedding date is during a busy time for tourism. To ensure a comfortable stay, booking accommodations early is recommended so as to secure preferred options.

Flight

Albany International Airport

Albany is the closest airport to the venue, with the easiest transportation to and from the venue area. JFK, LGA and other NYC airports are also a potential option for those looking to extend their trip and enjoy the city, but will require train transportation or driving (about 2-3 hours) up to the Hudson valley.

Train

Amtrak, Moynihan Train Hall at Penn Station

If you fly into NYC the Amtrak from Penn Station is a great option for those not renting a car to drive out of the city.

House Or Rental

Philmont

Hotels are sparse within the area and tend to be more costly compared to short term rentals like vrbo and airbnb, it is advised if you are planning on staying in the area overnight to look into properties in the Philmont, Hudson Valley, or Albany regions for the best variety of lodging options.
