Do I have to RSVP through Zola?

Answer

Yes! We are tracking our guests responses through this platform, if you don't RSVP on here, you won't be accounted for! Please do not RSVP through text or call to the Bride or Groom, or Brides parents! Thank you for helping us stay organized

When should I fly to Austin?

Answer

Whenever you'd like! The bride and groom are driving to Austin on August 8th for her birthday by preference. We get everyone has different schedules & budgets so if you want to fly down a week before and explore, the day before or the day of? No problem, do what you can.

Are there hotel blocks?

Answer

No there are no hotel blocks. We listed recommended hotels under our "travel" tab that you can book with. Not interested in a hotel stay? Check out Airbnb or Vrbo for other options.

Do I need to stay at the listed hotels?

Answer

No. Stay where you are comfortable.

Where can I find the address of where the wedding is going to be held?

Answer

We will release it once we get it! The venue is held at an Airbnb, it is Airbnb policy for privacy that addresses are not given until a week before arrival. I know.. we are eager too! But everything we listed for hotels is no more than 20-30 minutes away from the location. If you search "Circuit of the Americas" on google maps and look east, locate COTA Lot-N, the property is in that area.

Can I bring an unlisted +1?

Please don't bring anyone without us knowing. We are booking food, activities, etc based on the numbers we have RSVP'd. If you'd like to bring someone, contact us ASAP!

What is the schedule of the wedding day?

We are still in planning. Everything will be posted once finalized.

Can I smoke?

Answer

No! Our venue is smoke free. Per contract, WE WILL BE CHARGED A FEE FOR ANYONE SMOKING ON THE PREMISE. Weddings are expensive enough, please don't burden us with an extra fee or that fee will be transferred to you. Thank you for your compliance.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We respectfully request no children at the reception, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening.
