FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, that would be extremely helpful! We ask that you RSVP before May 5th. After that, unfortunately, any unanswered invites will have to be marked as "not attending" due to our vendors' cut off dates.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We would love to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP through the website. We appreciate your understanding.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Of course! We ask that all guests please drink responsibly and do not drive if you plan on drinking. Please make arrangements for a safe ride home. We can't wait to celebrate accordingly!

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

Although your presence is the best gift we could receive, we realize that some of you would like to know about a physical gift. Right here on our wedding webstite is the easiest way to access all of our registries in one place. As far as individual stores go, we are registered at Crate & Barrel, Pottery Barn, and Amazon.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! Our dress code is formal cocktail for our wedding day. Please no jeans, shorts, short sleeves, or sneakers!

Question

Can I take pictures throughout the ceremony?

Answer

In order to ensure we are all fully present, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We request that you turn off/silence all phones during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this special moment and we would be happy to send you any pictures! During cocktail hour and the reception, please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like!

Question

What if I'm late to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 3:30pm. We recommend guests arrive between 3-3:20pm so there is time to mingle and find your seat. If you happen to be late, please do not walk down the aisle, but instead walk on the outside of the benches and find a seat.
