When should I RSVP by?

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited, as listed on your wedding invitations, can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation when you RSVP.
Question
Is there a dress code?
Answer
We ask that guests follow the color palette included with your invitations. Think autumn colors and semi-formal attire. Please reserve all shades of green for immediate family only. In addition, please be mindful that the venue is completely outdoors, we recommend that all guests wear comfortable shoes with thick heels or heel protectors. Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We've reserved a wedding block with The Kulshan Hotel. To book a room under our reservation, please call the hotel at (360) 207-1369 and request to reserve your room with the Preston Wedding!

Do you have a wedding registry?
Answer
We appreciate your well wishes the most on such a special day! If you would still like to contribute in another way, we are asking for guests to join us in funding a beautiful honeymoon to Greece! There is more information on our Registry page.

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
We have hired an amazing team of lovely bartenders for our wedding, they will be serving a variety of special cocktails as well as beer, wine, and seltzers.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start at 3:30 PM. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony to get parked and settled. The venue we have selected is surrounded by beautiful, natural landscape, which also means it is quite a drive. Please be sure to account for potential traffic and commute times.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Our venue has ample parking on the grounds, and there will be signs directing traffic towards the lot. We will also be offering a shuttle for any guests who stay with us at The Kulshan Hotel during the wedding weekend.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We have hired an incredible team of professionals to capture each and every special moment during the ceremony. To ensure they are able to produce high quality content, please refrain from taking any photos or videos during the ceremony. We are excited to enjoy that special moment with you and not your screens!

What happens if it rains?
Answer
The wedding festivities will continue, rain or shine. But, we will plan to have a covered area with a dance floor to protect us from any heavy downpours!
