Question

Is the Wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors if weather permits. The reception following will be held indoors.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting Formal/cocktail attire for our wedding. Suits and ties for men and midi/full length dresses or pant suits for women. Please no jeans, t-shirts, casual sundresses, sneakers, flip flops or white dresses/suits. We would love to see some color in our guests attire since our Groomsmen will be in tuxedos and our Bridesmaids will be in all black dresses.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear on your invite. We want to keep our wedding as intimate as possible with our closest family and friends!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The Ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive at 4:00pm to make sure everyone is seated on time. If you are staying at one of the 4 hotels listed on our page, transportation will pick up and drop everyone off at the venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking lot on the venue property where the ceremony and reception are being held. If you drive yourself to the ceremony/reception the venue prefers you take your car back with you that night. If you have to leave your vehicle overnight it has to be picked up by 10am latest on Sunday morning.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all phones are kept in your pocket or purse during the ceremony. We have hired professional photographers to capture the moment.

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! If you decide to stay at one of the four hotels listed on our travel tab, then transportation will be provided. If you choose to stay in an air bnb or a different hotel you will be in charge of your own transportation as the bus is only picking up and dropping off from those hotels to and from the wedding.

Can you get Ubers?

Answer

To the venue you shouldn’t have an issue getting an uber. But once it hits late at night, Ubers are difficult to get from the venue as it is more in the woods/country part of Hillsborough,NC.

Answer

Yes! Our registry is available on the registry tab and it will bring you to our Amazon Registry and Target Registry.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We absolutely love children and are so happy to celebrate with the little ones who are included on the invitations. While we wish we could extend the invitation to all our guests’ children, we are keeping the celebration more intimate and are only able to accommodate those specifically listed on your invitation.

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

We’re excited to share one of our favorite meals with you- a build-your-own taco bar! Dinner will include a variety of fresh toppings and proteins and sides. During cocktail hour we will have passed Hors’ d’oeuvres while you mingle and settle in for the evening. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies please let us know when you RSVP- we will do our best to accommodate you!

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Simple answer- yes! We will be offering a variety of drinks. Beer, wine, ciders and cocktails. We just ask that you drink responsibly and follow any venue guidelines.

What name should we use when giving a check?

Answer

If you so kindly decide to write a check for the bride and groom please make it out to Brennan Kelley and Sophia Guerra. For ease of depositing, as the name change process will take place after the wedding.
