We're Getting Married!

It all started in ninth grade and a Snapchat story. A mutual friend at the time posted a picture with Sophia on her Snapchat story. Brandon saw the picture and immediately got to work. He had gotten Sophia's snapchat and followed her on instagram. Being from different friend groups and never crossing paths, a skeptical Sophia was hesitant to talk to Brandon. After weeks of talking and seeing each other in the hallways of Seneca Valley, we finally decided to hang out for the first time outside of school. Our first outing was a double date to the movies to watch quite possibly the most boring movie ever made. Shortly after, Brandon asked Sophia out on their first official date to go watch another movie and grab dinner at BRGR. At this point in time, we both did not drive yet, so our wonderful parents often had to drop us off and pick us up from our dates. With the cinemas being conveniently close (and walking distance) to many restaurants, we went on a lot of movie dates in the beginning. On March 1st, 2016, Brandon walked Sophia to her bus as he normally did and asked her to be his girlfriend. Four high school dances, four years at Slippery Rock University together, one cute cat named Ash, and nine years later, Brandon got down on one knee and Sophia said yes!
