When you start to arrive, you will turn left off the dirt road where the red barn mailbox is. After your drive in past the gates, there is parking on your left. If you are handicapped or need a closer spot, please message Sophia at (970)-310-4639. Reception will be at the big red barn/shop and cocktail hour will be in the grassy area in front of the shop. Ceremony will be down further by the lake and orchids. There will be signs and people guiding you. If you need assistance to get down to the ceremony, we will have someone with a cart to drive you down or you can reach out to Sophia to arrange closer parking. (970)-310-4639
We will not have drinks or food setup before the ceremony. For cocktail hour, our bartender will open and there will be snacks provided then. Please do not eat or drink during our ceremony(sorry I don't want it in our photos). Oh and NO PHOTOS OR VIDEOS PLEASE! I'm sure your photos turn our great but that's what we've hired our photographer for. Please keep all phones away and on silent during our ceremony.
I don't want to spoil it entirely because it's going to be SO good! But we our having BBQ styled food. Meats and some bomb sides. So if you have any diet restrictions, I would suggest bringing your own dinner as we do not have any vegan, vegetarian, gluten or anything else available. Overall dress code is western elegance. Think cowboy boots and a nice fancy outfit. We want it to look and feel like we just stepped into Yellowstones Gala. Our groomsmen will be in jeans and a brown/tan suit coat. Bridesmaids will be in boots or heels with terracotta dresses. Overall wedding colors are terracotta, hints of turquoise, neutrals, duty pink, and browns if your curious. We don't care what color you show up in (except white:) It is on grass/dirt property. Heels should be fine but just a heads up! Our reception will be inside.
July 31st! This is mandatory as we will be submit final head counts to all our vendors and arranging seating according to the number of guests that RSVP on time.
If we have addressed the invites to you and your partner or you have spoke with us directly then yes. If not, then no.
