5:30 pm - 6:00 pm
The ceremony will be outside of the venue in the courtyard so please dress accordingly to weather.
The ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM, but we ask that all guests be seated by 5:20 PM. This is to allow guests time to be prepared for the ceremony, as well as to prevent interruptions when it begins. Anyone not in their seats by the start time of the ceremony may be denied entry to the courtyard. Thank you for your understanding!
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Cocktail hour will be held inside of the Grand Manor and guests will be directed where to proceed.
Guests will be provided with an open bar of beers, wines, and liquors, with a selection of two appetizers that will be passed out.
7:00 pm - 10:45 pm
Dinner and dancing will be held in the Reception Hall as directed. Guests are expected to be in their seats by 7:10 PM.
Dinner will be catered buffet style, with plenty of options for all guests. Please inquire about any dietary restrictions on the RSVP portion of our website when directed. Dancing and desserts will follow.
10:45 pm - 11:00 pm
Join us in a merry ending to the night!
We ask that all guests be lined up along the exit of the Grand Manor by 10:55 PM to give a farewell to the newly wedded Mrs. & Mr. McDonald!
