When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no earlier than 4:30pm and no later than 4:50pm for our ceremony beginning at 5:00pm. Note that you may need additional time to park, so please plan accordingly.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

You may bring a date if your RSVP notes a plus one. Please do not bring additional guests unless your invitation reflects this.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore your children, however unless your invitation specifically notes your children as invitees, please do not bring them as they may not be guaranteed a seat. If this is a limiting factor for your attendance, please reach out to the bride or groom directly.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know of any imminent dietary restrictions or allergies so that we can consult with our caterers. Our dinner will be buffet-style and we will try our best to ensure you have food that has not been cross-contaminated.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No transportation will be provided to/from the hotels. The venue is within short driving distance from Central Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky with plenty of parking on the street or minimal parking in the venue's lot. We encourage driving, carpooling, or uber/lyft. As always, please drive responsibly!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available in limited quantities in the venue's connected lot. There is abundant street parking on the venue's and neighboring streets. Of course we encourage you to uber or lyft to avoid the stress of driving and parking.
