We love all your little ones! They are invited to our wedding, and we have incorporated them into our guest list for those who we know have kids. Although we want our wedding to be your night off, if it creates a hassle to find sitters, please also RSVP for them!
We have addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please ensure that you are RSVPing for yourself and your guest. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a cocktail dress code for our evening. Cocktail attire falls under the category of semi-formal attire. Wear whatever color you like, but please, do not wear white. Since the date is in late July, you can expect the weather to be relatively warm. Luckily for you, it's all indoors!
We suggest taking an Uber or Lyft to the venue if guests are certain to drink during the event. We will be having an open bar and want to make sure everyone gets back safely.
We do not have any hotel blocks as most of our guests live locally to the venue. However, if you decide to stay at a hotel to avoid driving home, we encourage all guests who decide to book hotel rooms as soon as possible. Please check the Travel page of our wedding website to see a list of hotels nearby the venue.
Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors in the same venue!
There will be valet parking for your convenience at the venue!
We recommend that you arrive at 4PM to make sure everyone is on time, and we can get the party started as scheduled!
We are having an “unplugged” ceremony. This just means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. Why? Well, we’ve hired a professional photographer to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, and we’d hate to have a well-meaning person’s phone blocking that moment for them to capture. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want! We promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them!
Yes! The only unplugged event would be the ceremony! Any other time than the ceremony, we encourage guests to post pictures on their social media, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #kimpletelyoverthemoon so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
