For our long-distance friends, we recommend flying into the Boston, MA or Hartford, CT airport and renting a car. Both airports are around 1 hour away from the venue.

A Few Notes On The Area

The wedding venue is located in the charming and quiet town of Brimfield. As it's a small town, services such like Uber are available but limited. Please plan ahead by either renting your own mode of transportation, arranging an uber ahead of time or arranging with a local taxi company. Here are some taxi companies located in the nearby town of Sturbridge: https://www.sturbridgelimo.com https://bridgestaxi.com The nearby town of Sturbridge (where our partner hotel is located) has several restaurants and is home to Old Sturbridge Village, the largest outdoor living history museum in the Northeast.

Shuttle

Wedding Day Shuttle

August 8, 2026 3:45 pm - 12:00 am

Since Brimfield has no Uber or taxis, we will be providing guests a shuttle from our partner hotel, La Quinta, to the wedding venue. The shuttle will arrive at the hotel at 3:45 PM and run continuously between the hotel and the venue, with the final departure from the hotel at 4:10 PM. Return service from the venue to the hotel will begin at 9:30 PM and continue until 1:00 AM.
