4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
If you don't already have Zoom, you'll need to download and install it. Once you've done so and you're getting ready to watch our wedding, please follow the instructions below:
1. ARRIVE ON TIME - The host will setup the feed to start at 4pm. Ceremony start time is 4:15pm. Be sure to give yourself plenty of time to get ready! 2. START YOUR VIDEO - Click the “start video” icon on the lower tab below the video screen. 3. MUTE YOURSELF UPON ARRIVAL- This will ensure that there is no background noise & viewers aren’t seeing your screen instead of the ceremony. 4. ENABLE ACTIVE SPEAKER VIEW - This will switch the large video window to whomever is speaking. This is why it’s so important to MUTE YOURSELF UPON ARRIVAL, so that the focus remains on the ceremony. After the ceremony, feel free to switch back over to Gallery View and unmute yourself to congratulate Nick & Sophia! These settings can be found in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. 5. MAXIMIZE YOUR BANDWIDTH - Close unnecessary tabs in your browser and turn off notifications such as email or messaging. For more tricks tips on how to use Zoom, go to www.support.zoom.us.
