Sophie met Lindsay during her freshmen year at Liberty. They lived on the same hall and quickly became friends. They have been roommates for the past two years now and have shared many moments of laughter, support, and playing with Lindsay's husky, Gracie. A fun fact about Lindsay is she's raced a camel named 007 by the pyramids in Egypt.

Andrew Wing

Andrew and Ethan met nearly 8 years ago due to being neighbors. A fun fact about Andrew is that he has a hacky sack from over 40 countries! He recently graduated from the Aircraft Mechanic Training School at Liberty University and plans to work for an aviation company.

Mackenzie Ramsey

Mackenzie is Sophies sister, who she loves very much. Mackenzie is a total goofball. One time she walked through hobby lobby with a Styrofoam head on her head. Then we took that same head camping with us. A fun fact about Kenzie is that she really enjoys being outside and on top of mountains.

Grant Parker

Best Man

Grant is the second oldest brother under Ethan. Grant is studying Biomedical Science at Liberty University to become a physicians.

Jennifer de Groot

Jenn is one of Sophies oldest friends. Jenn and Sophie met in the year 2011 in a musical at their high school. Jenn is super adventurous (seriously ask her about her adventures in Colorado. She's the coolest person ever), loyal, and wise. Jenn has helped Sophie countless times during some hard times in her life. A fun fact about Jenn is she has had 4 dogs in the last 10 years, each bigger than the last, and the most recent is a Great Dane mix. She hopes that the next will be an actual horse.

William Parker

Will is Ethan's second youngest brother. Will is an accomplished bassist and enjoys being a cool cucumber all the time.

No you're not seeing doubles. Not only do their names look alike, but Jess and Jenn are twins! Jess is also one of Sophie's oldest friends and met during theater in the year 2011. Jess is the most positive, sunshiny, and kind person you will ever get the pleasure to be around. A fun fact about Jessie is over the course of her life, she has adopted 17 cats but she's actually more of a dog person.

Lane is Ethan's youngest brother. He enjoys playing sports at school, gaming with his friends, and spending time with family.

Savannah Madden

Savannah and Sophie were introduced by the de Groot twins back in high school. Although it took awhile, they became great friends. Savannah has proven herself to be determined, honest, and a total goof. She is the type of friend that will be 100% honest with you in the most gentle way possible. Get a friend like Savi. A fun fact about Savannah is she really enjoys ridding horses!

Ike and Ethan met in high school and quickly bonded over their shared dislike of cross-country running. Ike is a graduate of LU and plans to attend PA school in the Fall.

Tyler (Goodwin) Ramsey

Tyler and Sophie met through her brother, Cooper. Cooper and Tyler are also getting married in May of 2018! Sophie is super excited that Tyler is officially joining the family. Tyler is a tender hearted person who lets the Lords light shine right through her. A fun fact about Tyler is that she played the clarinet for almost ten years!

Kyra and Sophie met through a ministry called younglife. Although Sophie was called elsewhere, Kyra is still involved in that ministry. Sophie admires how much time and energy Kyra puts toward everything she does. Kyra is the bubbliest, kindest, child like spirit Sophie has ever met. A fun fact about Kyra is that her favorite song is "Livin La Vida Loca" by Ricky Martin because it reminds her of her Grandpa.

Ben Uttley

Originally from Buffalo, NY, Ben moved to Lynchburg as a child and has lived here since then. Ethan and Ben met in high school and have been friends ever since. Ben is working towards becoming a Virginia State Trooper where he and Ethan will work together for the next several years.

Norah Frost

Norah is Ethans cousin. She is a goofy young lady who loves to have "bonk parties". She has been put in charge of all that has to do with being a flower girl.

Nolan Ramsey

Nolan is Sophie's younger brother. Nolan loves video games, running people over in his wheelchair, and (even though he won't admit it) snuggles. Nolan is an inspiration to all who hear his story. #NolanStrong

Raleigh is Sophie's niece. She is an adventurous little girl who loves to play and snuggle. Raleigh is also convinced that Sophie is Rapunzel and Sophie is 100% okay with this.

Pastor Curt Parker is Ethan's Dad. He pastors Berean Baptist Church in Lynchburg and enjoys spending time with his family and being outside.
