When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know by August 1 so we can make sure we have enough food and the appropriate allergenic/dietary options. Seriously no worries if you can't make it for any reason :)

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! If you have dietary and/or allergy restrictions, we will ensure that there are still multiple options for you to eat and drink. We are already planning on providing veggie dogs, veggie burgers, and gluten-free buns.

Is there parking for the party?

Answer

Yes, there's parking about a 2-3min walk from the Maas pavillion. The parking lot can fill up so we recommend carpooling whenever possible.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Not really! We'll be eating burgers in a park, after all. Most folks will probably range from casual to semi-formal. The shelter is in a park, and we'll be there rain or shine. The shelter has a roof overhead but no walls and the paths are paved but the surrounding area has dirt and grass ground. There's also a public restroom nearby. Dress however you'd be most comfortable!
