Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding is black-tie optional. Guests should wear tuxedos, formal suits with a tie, long dresses, or midi dresses.

Question

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

Yes. The EAST Miami will be providing our guests with valet parking at a discounted rate of $15.

Question

When is the deadline to book a room within the EAST Miami room block?

Answer

The deadline to book a room in the room block is February 14, 2023. While the room block is only available at the EAST Miami, guests are welcome to book hotel rooms elsewhere. There are a number of other hotels a short walk from the EAST Miami at varying price ranges, some of which are listed on the Travel page.

Question

Is there a gap in time in between the Catholic and Jewish cermonies?

Answer

Yes. The Catholic ceremony at Gesu Chuch will end around 6:30 PM, and the Jewish ceremony at the East Miami will begin at 7:30 PM. The travel time from Gesu Church to the East Miami is about five to ten minutes. If you arrive to the EAST Miami early, feel free to grab a drink or snack at the bar in the lobby of the hotel, or head up to grab your seat for the Jewish ceremony.
