The nearest airport is Albany International. Other airports include: Syracuse International or Stewart International. Stewart is very small.
We’re going semi-formal (think dresses, jumpsuits, or suits)! Bright summer colors are encouraged to keep the day vibrant. We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing champagne and light blue, as these are the colors the bridal party will be wearing.
We have hotel blocks in Oneonta, however there are AirBnB's in the area. Check out our Travel & Accommodations page for more hotel information as well as block codes to use when reserving your room. Additional information about block codes and breakfast are included in each hotel description in the travel section. If you have any further questions please contact the hotel directly!
We ask that guests RSVP no later than March 1st, 2026. This allows a sufficient amount of time for our vendors to prepare. Thank you in advance!

Yes! We plan to have a transportation service to and from the hotels. Check the Travel & Accommodations page in the coming months as this is still being finalized!
Plus ones and children are invited only if specifically included on your invitation/RSVP. Thanks so much for understanding!
We ask that guests do not arrive prior to 4:15pm and are seated by 5 o'clock pm in time for the ceremony. You can find a general itinerary for the day on the Schedule page.
Our ceremony will be unplugged - meaning we kindly ask guests to keep phones and cameras away during the vows and special moments. The officiant will let you know when it’s okay to take pictures. After the ceremony, feel free to snap and share throughout the rest of the evening - we can't wait to see what you capture!
Yes, but please note our venue has a gravel driveway and is situated on a hill, which might be a bit challenging to navigate. To make things easier, a golf cart shuttle will be available to assist guests with mobility needs from the parking lot to the ceremony site, and from there to the cocktail hour and reception areas.
Onsite parking is available but limited. Carpooling or provided transportation is highly encouraged.
The Catskills can warm up during the day but get chilly at night. We recommend bringing a light layer to stay comfortable once the sun goes down.
Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, with the reception held inside. While there’s no air conditioning, we’ll keep things comfortable with large fans and open doors to let the breeze flow.
Party people rejoice: YES, the drinks are on us! Get ready to raise a glass and have some fun!
Feel free to contact Sophie or Sean if you have any other questions.
