Shuttle from Hotels to River View

Shuttles will be available for transport to and from the venue. From the hotels to the venue: First shuttle will leave the hotel at 4:00pm. Second shuttle will leave the hotel at 4:30pm. The shuttles will pick up at both the Residence Inn and SpringHill Suites hotels. Venue to hotels: There will be an early shuttle departing the venue at 10:30pm. Then there will be a shuttle at 11pm and the last shuttle will depart at 11:15pm. There is also a large parking lot at the venue for those who prefer to drive.

Travel Note

Ubers/Taxis/Rental Cars/Metro

There are plenty of Ubers/Lyfts or taxis at both airports. You could also rent a car at either airport. The Metro runs from Reagan National Airport but it's a bit far from the hotels.
