Our Story
It all started because of our friends. It was Austin’s birthday party & Caroline brought her new roommate Soph. Blake was sitting on a bean bag with a bottle of wine when Soph came up and introduced herself. We chatted for a few hours then went our separate ways. Three months later, Blake broke his neck and started thinking more about that one girl at that one party and eventually asked Soph to go on a date. The first date was full of quirky stories, awkward laughs, and excitement to go on more dates. On the next date, we shared an uncomfortable, yet memorable first kiss (Blake was in a neck brace). Since then, we’ve travelled to many countries, spent hours playing board games, stole a few succulents, ate way too much pizza, fell in love, and became best friends. After 4 rewarding years together, Blake proposed, Soph said yes and now we get to spend the rest of our lives together. TLDR; Soph made the first move. Blake was a little drunk. They fell in love. The rest is history.
