Jared and Soorya met at Penn State University. They played on the same tennis team for a whole year before they started dating. One day in October of 2018 Jared asked Soorya to get a coffee with him at Starbucks and they ended up sitting there and talking for hours. They would find excuses to see each other between classes, before tennis practices and do their homework together every day in the honors library, which Jared would sneak her into. One month later, Soorya asked Jared to ask her to be his girlfriend, the rest is history. They have been together for five years and engaged for two. They live in Seattle, WA and have two Siamese kitties, Winnie and Skippy. Jared and Soorya can’t wait to celebrate their special day with you!
