The Future Wilsons

Brandon first laid eyes on Alex at a mutual friend's birthday party in 2015. After the party, Brandon texted and asked the mutual friend who the cute girl was and why she didn't mention her when he asked if there would be any cute girls at the party (ouch) . She told him that it was Alex. Brandon knew he had to see her again, so he asked her to a play at Grayson high school. Alex was nervous at first and did not think Brandon was cute based on his one profile picture on Instagram, but still, she decided to go since her friend would be there. When Alex first saw Brandon in person she immediately got butterflies in her stomach. Alex did not think Brandon was interested because he kept getting up and leaving. Little did she know at the time, he was going to his car to put on cologne. Fast forward to April of 2016 when Brandon and Alex went to junior prom together. They began dating after that, only for a few short months before Brandon broke Alex's heart...over text. They stayed acquaintances into their first year of college, and rekindled their love in January of 2018. They made it official in February of 2019.

Alex and Brandon had planned a weekend trip to Jacksonville FL. Brandon was taking Alex to see her favorite football team at the time, the Kansas City Chiefs. Little did she know what else would take place that weekend. Brandon had sought out the perfect location and photographer to propose to Alex in Jacksonville. Brandon got on one knee on Saturday September 16th 2023 in Yacht Basin Park and of course, Alex said yes!
