How and when can I RSVP?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by May 1st at the latest so we can finalize details with our vendors and make sure everything is perfect for the big day. You can submit your response anytime by visiting the RSVP tab on our website. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Do I need to select a meal in advance?

Answer

No need! We’ll be serving a buffet-style dinner, so you won’t be asked to choose a specific entrée ahead of time. There will be a variety of options available for you to enjoy.

I received a save the date but still have not received a formal invitation. Am I still invited?

Answer

Yes, you are still invited! Unfortunately, we have had some issues with our formal invitations not reaching their final destination and they are not being returned to us. If you received a save the date, please consider that your confirmation. We kindly ask that you visit the RSVP tab on our website to respond.

Where can I find the schedule of events?

Answer

You can find the full schedule of events on the back of your formal invitation. It’s also available anytime under the Schedule tab on our website for easy reference. We’re so excited to celebrate together!

When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. We kindly ask that guests arrive between 4:30–4:45 PM to allow time to get settled before we start. If you arrive after 5:00 PM, you may be asked to wait until the ceremony has concluded before joining the celebration. We will also be having a phone-free ceremony. We promise our amazing photographers have it covered, and we can’t wait to share the beautiful photos with you afterward. We’d love for everyone to be fully present with us in the moment!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’re going for elevated and romantic—think summer formal with pretty colors, playful textures, and a touch of flirty charm. Long to midi dresses, and suits or ties for a polished, celebratory feel. Skip the sundresses, skip the hats, and skip the white (and anything too close to it). The ceremony will be on grass, so keep that in mind when choosing shoes if you’re wearing heels. Otherwise? Bring your personality, have fun with it, and dress to impress—we can’t wait to see you shine. How do I know if I have a plus one?

Answer

Everyone who is invited will see their name(s) listed on the Save the Date and formal invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one, their name will be listed as well. If it’s just your name, we’re keeping things cozy and sticking to a smaller guest list due to limited capacity. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out and ask—we’re happy to clarify! We wish we could invite everyone (and their awesome +1s), but we’re working with space constraints and lots of love!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We’re planning for an adults-only celebration, with the special exception of the bride’s nieces and nephew, who have VIP roles in the wedding. If your child’s name is listed on the invitation, they’re included—otherwise, we hope you can take the night off, relax, and enjoy a well-earned date night!
