We will be renting 2 buses to transport guests to and from the event. This is not required, but will be provided as an option for our guests. You are welcome to drive yourself if you would like. If you do drive yourself and find you had a few too many, you may leave your car at the venue overnight and we will coordinate pickup in the morning! We want everyone to be safe.
Nope! The venue is fully capable of accepting credit/debit cards if this is what you chose to use! Cash is always accepted but not required.
We will be doing a buffet style with a chicken dish, beef dish and vegetarian option. With that being said, our venue is very flexible with dietary needs, so please let us know if there are any allergies or restrictions we should be aware of.
Our wedding is a semi-formal/formal event. Cocktail dresses, long dresses, suits or dress pants with a shirt and tie would look wonderful. We ask that no one wears white/cream or sage green. Please refrain from jeans. Any questions or need outfit help, let us know!
No matter what time you show up we are happy to have you there (but preferably try to be on time)! If you do show up after the start of the ceremony, we ask that you wait until the processional has finished to enter and to quietly find a seat. If you have any questions, there will be venue coordinators who can help you get where you need to be.
Our venue is fully equipped with handicap accessibility! There is a side door with handicapped parking and a ramp!
Although we love kids, unless specifically invited, we want to give all adults a chance to let their hair down and enjoy a night kid free!
we kindly ask that you try your best to RSVP ASAP! If by chance you forget to RSVP please reach out to one of us and we will see if the venue will be able to accommodate you. Unfortunately if you show up and didn't RSVP there may not be a seat or food for you but we would love for you to stay to dance and drink!
We will have open Beer and Wine for the duration of the wedding! Please utilize our transportation to get to and from the hotel safely if you plan on drinking :)
