What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm. We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time to make sure everyone is on time and seated so we can get the party started as scheduled!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby. Guests can head straight to the cocktail hour where we will be serving hors d'oeuvres and beverages.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. The cocktail hour and reception will be indoor.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

The venue has plenty of free parking, just follow the signs upon arrival for Belle Vior Manor.

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a Date?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those addressed on your invitation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! A block of rooms is reserved at The Inn at Fox Chase. Reservations must be booked by June 13 to get the discounted rate. To make reservations call (215) 639-9100 and mention the Thomas-Shubert Wedding.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! We have a shuttle bus leaving the hotel to go to the venue at 5pm as well as multiple trips back to the hotel from the venue at the end of the night.
