My friend brought his buddy along for our family and friends wheeling trip to Disney. I saw him in his bright orange cut off and boots hanging out the side of his jeep and that country grin got me! Spent the weekend trying to get his attention but he didnt seem to notice ( that he admits). A few weeks later he invited himself to a rodeo with my friends, my son, and I. After laughing non stop, getting lost in car, dancing under the fireworks, and horsing around with Paxton all night; we both knew something special was there.

Just a normal date night the usual... hobby lobby, mall, dinner but this time we stopped at Zales. We just were curious what I liked and what options there were etc. nothing more nothing less that I thought. Tried on some rings, looked at some styles and talked about the future the whole way home. We pulled up and he placed the jewelry cleaner container on the dash. Knowing, they only give that to someone when they buy something.. I panicked. I started pacing and asking questions all anxious. We were fully aware of the short time dating but without a doubt knew that we were each others "person". I went to lay down on the bed and he scooped me up and calmly asked me to marry him. Jokingly he had been taunting the week prior " You gonna marry me or not" so I didnt realize it was real till the 3rd time he asked. I said yes and the rest was history!
