What is the wedding attire?

Answer

Semi-Formal/Cocktail. Feel free to wear simple to moderate western attire but it is not required. Keep in mind that temperatures tend to dip a bit at night, and since the ceremony will be outside, you might want to bring a jacket or wrap.

Where should we park at the Welcome Party?

Answer

If you do not uber or lyft there, we have been told by the property manager for those who are driving to park on the gravels sides of the streets near property. Feel free to call Andrew or Andrea with questions.

Where is the Welcome party?

Answer

It is at the Bride and Grooms Airbnb in Whitefish. Airbnb address: 2870 U.S. 93, Whitefish, MT 59937

What is the Welcome Party attire?

Answer

Casual / Cocktail. It will be outside so please dress accordingly. We will have a bonfire and tall heaters there.

Do we need anything to get into Glacier National Park?

Answer

YES. You will need a park pass and vehicle pass, unless you plan to hike in or bike, then you only need a park pass. Details for each are in the Things to DO /KNOW section.

Is there transportation To and From the wedding?

Answer

Yes. We are finalizing the times of pick up and drop off as of 4/17/23. Will update website when confirmed. However, the shuttle can hold 55 people and will be stopping at two spots before going to venue . It will stop at each stop only twice before the ceremony starts.

How long is the Welcome Party?

Answer

It will start at 7pm-10pm. Everyone must be off property by 10pm per property managers request.

Will there be food and drinks at the Welcome Party?

Answer

There will be beer, wine and light snacks. Please plan to have dinner beforehand.

What will the weather be like over the wedding weekend?

Answer

It is typically high 60s / low 70s. The nights can dip as low as mid 40s.

What is the attire for the Welcome Party?

Answer

Casual/Cocktail. Anything goes as far as western attire. The party will be outside so please dress accordingly. We will have tall electric heaters and a bonfire going too.

Is there Lyft and Uber in Whitefish/Kalispell?

Answer

Yes. However, I would plan ahead and schedule rides on the apps, if possible, to ensure you get a ride in a timely manner as I am not certain how accessible both are.

Can we park at the venue?

Answer

Yes, you can park and leave car overnight. Please carpool, if possible. They ask to have car removed around 8am.
