Our Love, His Story

If someone had told us years ago that we'd end up here—planning a wedding and building a life together—we probably would have laughed and gone right back to ignoring each other. We met at church and spent years crossing paths, sharing the same spaces, and somehow never giving each other much thought. We were familiar faces, nothing more. Looking back now, it's funny to think that the person God had chosen for each of us was standing right there all along. Then one ordinary day became the day that changed everything. There wasn't a grand announcement or a dramatic movie moment. It was simply as if our eyes finally opened. In an instant, the person who had blended into the background suddenly became impossible to overlook. What started as a glance quickly became certainty. The feeling was undeniable—like love had been patiently waiting for us to catch up. The more we got to know each other, the more we realized we weren't just falling in love—we were finding home. Conversations came easily, laughter came often, and every day seemed to confirm what our hearts already knew. We didn't have to wonder if we had found "the one." We knew. We knew we wanted to spend our lives together. We knew we wanted to build a home, create traditions, chase dreams, and walk through every season hand in hand. Our story reminds us that God's timing is always perfect. Sometimes the greatest blessings aren't found in new places or unexpected faces. Sometimes they've been right in front of you all along. And so, what began as two people sitting in the same church, barely noticing one another, became a love story neither of us could have imagined—and a forever we can't wait to begin.
