Is there transportation from the hotel to the ceremony & reception?

Answer

Yes. A shuttle will be taking hotel guests from Courtyard to Springfield at 2:45pm & 4:10pm. And then from Springfield to Courtyard at 9:00pm & 10:00pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at Springfield Manor, it will all be around the back.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, semi-formal works for us! Leave your tuxedo and evening dresses at home.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation has an "and guest", then yes. But you need to let us know so they will have a chair to sit on and food to eat.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered on Zola, Bed Bath and Beyond, and Crate and Barrel! You can find them on our website.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is starting at 5:00pm, so please arrive around 4:30pm. Thank you!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of rooms reserved at the Courtyard by Marriott Frederick. Mention the Smith-McCarthy wedding for a discount!

Please include it on your Reply Card sent out with the invitations so we can accommodate.

What if I get there too early?

Springfield Manor has a winery, distillery, and brewery in another building on site you are welcome to hang out at before the ceremony.
