Bronson and I have always known each other. We both attended Lebanon from kindergarten through graduation. We were in ski club, freshman art class, and AP US History together. We had always been friends but we went our separate ways after high school graduation. A few years after graduation, I reached out to Bronson to see how he was doing and to reconnect as friends. We went to a local ice cream parlor where we talked for hours and caught up on lost time. The rest is history!
It was a warm Sunday afternoon. Bronson and I had attended church that morning and then went to eat at our favorite pizza place afterwards. Then we headed back to my parents house to go swimming since it was such a nice day. As we arrived in the driveway, my mom was standing at the door. After talking for awhile, my mom asked for my help to fix a decoration on a tree in our yard - a face that has been on the tree since I was in grade school. As I went to go hang up the lips on the tree that had fallen, I was caught off guard. Bronson had carved the words "Marry Me" into the tree. I placed the lips back onto the tree, then I turned to find Bronson down on one knee and I said yes to the man of my dreams.
July must be our lucky month. We are looking forward to celebrating with you on our wedding day!
